- Join the Vintage Home mailing list - If you haven't, but would like to, then join here
- Check your email spam, bulk or trash folders regularly - even legitimate emails can end up there.
- Create a quick and easy 'filter' - to look out for Vintage Home emails and put them into your 'In-Box'.
An email 'filter' is a way of checking incoming emails to see if they have been sent from someone you trust. Emails are normally 'filtered' either by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) which is the person/company who provides your access to the internet and emails (e.g. BT, Tiscali, AOL etc.) - or the Email Program on your computer that actually receives and displays your emails (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express etc.)
NOTE: A 'filter' simply checks every email to try and match a particular word, phrase or name that you have told it can be 'trusted' or is 'safe'. For example, all Vintage Home newsletters and emails always contain the phrase 'Vintage Home' within the Subject Line - this can be used when setting up your filter to ensure you don't miss anything sent from us in future...
Here are some links giving examples of how to set up filters using a variety of ISPs and Email Programs:
