Pretty Vintage Clematis and Trellis Rug (tx1152)

A lovely vintage, handmade wool rug. The rug has pretty pink clematis style flowers over a trellis design, which sits against a beige-cream background. The rug is handmade and dates to the 1940s. It has part of its original edging made from a hessian type material.

A strikingly pretty rug perfect for bedside, hearthside or hallway. The rug is approximately 31" long by 52" wide. In excellent, pre-used condition with no notable markings. Some of the hessian underside edging is missing but this does not detract from use or show to the front.
