Pair of Pretty Paisley Eiderdowns (astb521)

A pair of very pretty vintage paisley eiderdowns in wonderful condition. Each eiderdown is covered with a smooth cotton cambric which retains its light glaze. The ultra-pretty paisley design incorporates reds and pinks, delicate pistachio greens and light sky blues which sit enticingly against a pale blush caramel coloured background. The eiderdowns have the same fabric on both sides and attractive wave design and inset border stitching, which emphasises the plump filly of feathers. This classic beauty has a delicate piped edge in a co-ordinating colour, which finishes off the design perfectly.

Vintage eiderdowns in this condition are becoming harder to find - a pair in such superb condition is even rarer! Each eiderdown is approximately 43" by 60". Condition is excellent. Some very,very minor wear to a few of the corner points to one eiderdown.
