1930s Antique Gold Gesso Lamp (hw1345)

A large and impressive vintage lamp base dating to the 1930s. The attractive lamp appears to be plaster covered with gesso and painted a subtle antique gold. It has its original bulb fixing attachment in the form of a candle stub. (Shade not included.)

Add an elegant shade to this tall lamp and light a hallway table or corner of your living room. The lamp is approximately 20" to the top of the bulb holder. It has some age-related wear to the paint. It currently has old wiring/plug attached which will require replacing which modern-day flex etc.
