Bride and Groom Wedding Cake Topper (hw1379)

A delightful vintage wedding cake topper which dates to the 1950s/1960s. This would have been the finishing tousch to the wedding cake and today it makes a wondeful extra little gift for a dear friend's wedding day. The handsome couple stand on a decorative plinth within a circle of organdie orange blossom. The bride is dressed in a Snow White style dress and holds a spray of white lilies, whilst the groom looks perfectly dapper in his morning suit.

The topper is approximately 7.5" high and 6" at the widest. In excellent condition for its age - the filigree base is rather delicate and there is a small split in one piece (not easily seen.)
