Victorian Lady with Cat and Dog Print (pg756)

A beautiful antique print set into its original frame with handmade glass and mount. The frame is ebonised wood and has a decorative gold inner border which frames the image very well. This colourful print is entitled 'Jealousy' and depicts a young lady holding a fluffy black cat with a dog at her feet, vying for her attention. The colours and details of the characters and the beautiful garden and fountain are most delightful. The rear has the original paper backing which has been lightly re-sealed in places. (Please note there are some areas of light reflection in the photos, there is no unevenness in colour/tone.)

A superb antique picture to hang in your parlour, hallway or bedroom. The frame is approximately by 13" by 27.5". In excellent condition for its considerable age. Some minor wear to frame with a nibble out of the inner gold border. The print has a tiny bit of wavyness at the bottom.
