Bernard Wardle Pink Magnolia Fabric (tx1111)

This is a really beautiful vintage Bernard Wardle fabric! It is a long unused length of cotton sateen with a wonderful design of boughs of pink magnolias and foliage against a nice white background, conjuring up a wonderful image of cottage gardens in Springtime. The fabric has the maker's name on the selvedge and is a good enough weight for upholstery projects and would make many gorgeous cushions or a small pair of curtain - or one rather grand and sweeping curtain!

Who can resist the appeal of such a beautiful flower... The fabric is approximately 50" wide by 96" long. It has a one inch selvedge on each side. It is in unused condition. It has some minor, faint yellowish discolouration markings, manly near an edge but this does not detract and may fade with laundering.
