Vintage 1940s Antiques Shop Fabric (tx561)

This is a most rare and exceptionally attractive fabric. It is a textured cotton currently made up as one very wide curtain panel. The design of an antiques shop with its myriad of collectables on display is delightful. There is a penny farthing, a chair, books, ornaments, pictures and many more interesting objects. The manufacturer's name 'Grafton' is visible on the inside edge but the design name is hidden under the stitched lining.

A superb fabric currently made up as a single curtain panel which is ready to hang in a country cottage - or antiques shop! Alternatively, there is plenty of fabric for eye-catching bags and cushions. The panel is approximately 92" wide by 39" long. It has its original, narrow header tape and is lined. There is a central vertical join to the panel. The condition is excellent - some very minor fading and slight discolouration at one edge of the fabric.
