1950s Fruit Baskets Barkcloth Curtains (tx904)

This is a lovely pair of vintage cotton fabric curtain panels dating to the 1950s. It is a barkcloth fabric and has a superb design of baskets of fruit, some of which are spilled out and around - a very lovely design. There are apples, grapes, pears and plums, all in very pretty colours and the baskets are a delightful design too. The curtain panels have a small hem at the bottom and a slim channel across the top for a wire (no header tape.)

These curtains will add wonderful, authentic style to a vintage decorated kitchen. Each panel is approximately 46" wide by 49" long. Condition is very good. No marks, the fabric is unworn except for one small area near an edge where the previous owner has effected a most professional darn which is therefore not immediately noticeable. The colours are delightfully pretty!
